Bulk Production Prevnar & Formulations Intermediate

Provide a clean environment for the production of Prevnar and Aluminum. Gown and

perform aseptic connections and manipulations necessary to manufacture

vaccines. Ensure that aseptic environment is maintained by performing

environmental monitoring. Prepare, clean and sterilize all batching vessels.

Make necessary adjustments to the batch as needed and trouble shoot equipment.

Demonstrate mastery of all operations and performed operations with extreme

accuracy under minimum supervision. Generate SAP and LACES and Lims transactions.

June 1997 - March 2003 Biotech Processing 2, (Bulk Production Pnu-Imune)

Create bulk batching of Pnu-Imune. Perform the centrifugations of Pnu-Imune,

Toxoid vaccines as well as the additions of alcohol in its purification stage.
