Corporate Associate Director of Human Resources, 2009 to current
Began as the Director of Human Resources for the campus located in Lufkin, TX and promoted to the Corporate Associate Director of Human Resources.
Recruited to help build the Lufkin, TX campus, guiding the startup and management of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems, and programs. Worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; create group benefits databases; and develop orientation, training, and incentive programs. Manage leave-of-absence programs and personnel records; administer benefits enrollment and programs; administer HR budget; and handle HR workplace issues directly for 2 campuses.
Key Results:
Lead the team in ensuring the successful launch of on-boarding for new employees. Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentives.
