Project Manager 2007-2008
US Realty Management, Egg Harbor Township, N.J.
Supervisor of all phases of job site construction including site work, all masonry work, steel
erection, exterior EFIS, flat roofing, building electrical, plumbing, and all interior fit out
construction including elevator installations.
My field supervision included coordination between Owners, Architects, Engineers and all
sub contractors. These meetings including change orders, field corrections, and all other
construction site problems. In addition to these responsibility situations, I scheduled all
inspections and accompanied code officials during their job site inspections to insure code
compliance.
Assisted all Real Estate sales representatives and their clients to fully understand the superior
features of the newly constructed and or upgraded buildings.

Scheduled all phases of construction projects including masonry, framing, plumbing,

Assisted in the design and coordination of all construction remodeling projects including office
area fit outs.
Scheduled all inspections and accompanied code officials during annual state and local
code compliance inspections.
Responsible for all building occupancy and compliance situations.
Worked with engineers and other supervisors to locate and correct all building mechanical,
electrical and fire suppression malfunctions. Responsible for reading and interpreting all
building Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings.

Assisted and supervised the design and construction of pre-engineered Heavy Timber and
Framed Steel buildings. These buildings were capable of offering up to a 100 foot free span
design which was adapted to the custom design of Houses of Worship including day care
facilities. In addition to these specific capabilities, these pre-engineered buildings also offered
a verity of requirements that were useful in the design and construction of commercial
Warehouses and office buildings.
During all phases of construction, I was directly involved in the field supervision and
inspections of all sub contractors materials and workmanship .
