Coordinator for ADP’s Hosting Center clients to complete patches on their production system. Review client needs and determine the best approach for applying updates to their production environment. Provided project management for implementations and upgrades to HR/Payrolls systems in house and hosted. I wrote SQR’s in SQL, COBOL, C++ for clients to ensure that they could receive data from their system. I also provided functional support for these system and trained clients on how to process payroll, enter benefits and position management where needed.
