Working as a Programmer in a company which is a System House for leading Automation Brands like Ge-Fanuc and B&R that provides complete solution to industry for automation.

Key Responsibility Areas are:-

1. Handling Projects on New Application to OEM’s and manually operated Machine’s for Automation (from scratch).

2. Responsibility for Programming in PLC (B&R, Ge-Fanuc), Designing HMI (B&R) and SCADA (Cimplicity) based Projects; Design Industrial based Panels including Wiring.

3. Handling AC Drives (ABB, Delta, Yaskawa, Schneider) and Servo Drives (B&R).

4. Responsibility for giving Support and Service to various past running Projects.

Projects Undertaken

1. Stretching Machine: - Controlling Temperature and running four A.C Motors which are to be synchronized with each other having variable speed according to as temperature varying.

2. Electroplating Machine: - Moving three Transporters with the help of three A.C brake motors independently on sixteen different tanks having proximity sensors according to different sequence recipes.

3. Universal Testing Machine: - Measuring Load and Elongation by using Pressure Transmitter on hydraulic pump and Rotary Encoder respectively.

4. Unwinder Machine: - Winding a Yarn on spool in different shapes by maintaining a relation between varying times and varying speed of A.C Motor.

5. Leaf Testing Machine: - Measuring Load at different displacement and measuring displacement at different load by using Load Cell and Linear Scale.

Professional Qualification

 Bachelor of Engineering with specialization in Electronics & Instrumentation from ITM Engineering College, Gwalior affiliated to RGPV, Bhopal in 2008 and secured Ist division with degree 70.06%.
