Precommissioning, commissioning and start up of Ammonia plant which
includes-Gasification by partial oxidation of oil (Thermal Cracking ) to produce Hydrogen , CO shift conversion Unit,CO2 ,H2S ,Co removal ,Ammonia synthesis and storage sections.Sulfur Recovery by Clause process.
Air separation unit comprising of 2,30,000 nm3/hr air separation 22000 kw siemens (Germany) turbine with m/s Demag air compressor and nitrogen comp. with 16000 kw BHEL turbine.Soot removal by Naptha, , CO removal by liquid Nitrogen ( a cryogenic process )& Ammonia synthesis process comprising of 13,000 kw synthesis gas comp .turbine and 8,000 kw ammonia refrigeration comp. turbine cooling water system with 33,000 m3/hr circulation by 1000 kw cooling water pumps.
• Three months commissioning & operating exp of 1500 tpd ammonia plant supplied by M/S TOPSOE based on NG steam reforming under supervision of M/S CHIYODA JAPAN at SAUDI ARABIAN FERTILIZER CO ,KSA.
• . Worked with MNC’s like BASF, Linde, Topsoe, Texaco, Lloyds, Uhde ,Chiyoda (Japan),CEAB(Sweden),Weatherly Inc USA,SAFCO (KSA) etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Production planning ,to review of specific consumption of raw material ,attributing factors leading to higher sp consumption and suggest remedial measures.
• Trouble - shoot problems in plant. critical study of pertinent plant problems.
• Performing energy audit comprising of steam balance ,NG balance, power consumption, ISO 14001 audit and suggesting remedial action,
• Review of effluent treatment vital parameters.
• Review of anxiety area and steps for improvement.
• Suggesting modification in plant ,action plan ,monitoring and review of schemes followed by HAZOP study involved in it.
• Maintaining history of plant equipment.
• Generating abnormality report in case of any abnormality in plant and report it to higher ups.
• Participating in HAZOP team for new projects.
• Monitoring efficiency of various rotating equipments.
• Analyze anxiety area and suggesting steps for improvement.
• Coordinating activity with technical experts from outside.
• Shut-down planning .
• Developing program on computer for monitoring energy consumption, efficiency of equipments.
• Monitoring plant operation .
