Education: Bowling Green State University (BGSU) Bowling Green, Ohio
Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design (BFA)
Work Experience: Computer Lab Consultant for ITS

the students may have concerning software and file formats.
Desktop Support Specialist for ITS
(Information Technology Service)
(2007-2008)
This particular position consisted of a variety of different tasks concerning technical support. I installed software and hardware in both Mac and PCs. I also unloaded trucks and installed computers.
Honda of America located in Marysville, Ohio
(Summer of 2004)
I worked on the assembly line at Marysville. It was a great experience because it
was different than all the other jobs I had obtained in the past. It was fast
paced, but I enjoyed it.
I worked two positions at Mad River Mountain. I am a certified snowboard
technician and a snowboard instructor. Both jobs involved a great deal of
client/customer interaction. It allowed me to become comfortable working with a
wide variety of people at a fast pace. As a technician I repaired broken
bindings, sharpened edges and waxed the base of the snowboards. As an instructor
I taught the basic fundamentals of snowboarding to the schools groups and ski
clubs.
Relevant Skills: All the jobs I have attained in the past have shaped me in a positive way.
Whether it is interacting with clients or dealing with technology, I have become
more well-rounded. I have also learned strong leadership skills while being
involved in Boy Scouts. I work hard, fast and I pay close attention to detail. I
believe that it is the attention to detail that keep clients coming back.
