Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinating and supervising the overall architectural development of buildings,

Organizing, supervising and directing different construction supervision crew

Construction Supervision and coordination of projects (maintenance, renewal renovation and reconstruction) on periodic basis

Certify the Contractors payment certificates

Review and analyze the contractor’s claims

Follow up and participation in preparation of Tender documents for consultancy and construction of Buildings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties are preparation of Land use map, vegetation cover map, terrain classification map, etc. using GIS Software.

Review and Comment the Inception Reports, Mobilization Reports, Contract Completion

Preparation of periodic Reports and Consultancy Completion Reports Review and comment the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports.

Make correspondence with the Client and Contractor on the project matters

Position : CAD Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing Architectural design, Structural, Electrical, sanitary drawings and canal layout and details of water supply and irrigation such as, detail drawings of head works, diversion structures, drops and outlets, drainage crossing structures etc, by applying Arc view GIS software, Eagle point Road Design Software, AutoCAD and all office programs and graphic soft wares:

Responsible for preparing plans and profiles, Cross sections, Standard drawings and Drainage Structures drawings for various road design projects;

Responsible for delineating, digitizing and calculating area of catchments and stream length of different rivers, streams, and water bodies; contour lines from topographic maps, town boundaries and different topographic features, etc.
