Financial Analyst - Using MS Office, MAS 90, MAS 200 and other applications, I prepared budgets quantifying revenues and expenses for analysis of merged businesses activities.

I automated existing analyses via macro programming of MS Access-driven queries. These reports followed trends of warehouse, postage, letter shop, Call Center and subscription billings. I also enhanced corporate-merged files with group-print functionality to allow management ability of one step select sheet printing.

I was also Auditor for the New York City Transit Authority “Metro Card Subway Fare System” in a team effort located within the PCD environment. Here I performed daily audits of the Sales and Invoice modules whereby the NYC merchants who ordered these cards were verified by day-end balance matching. These reports ran on Excel, Crystal and MAS200 platforms.

On a monthly basis, I balanced Return Merchant Authorizations, Inventory Valuations via Invoice Cost Controls and General Ledger Accounts Payable and Receivables.

Systems Analyst - Using Excel, Access and Crystal Reporting systems, I created a multitude of reports useful to management decision making. I analyzed agent ACD calls for staffing purposes as well as quantitatively for supervisory reviews. I created Access Databases for training and monitoring purposes.

Over 20 years I maintained all the statistical information the Customer Service Bureau required for its forecasting and employee review systems. I used graphic representations driven via macros whenever possible. In fact I automated an entire series of activity reports which eliminated 3 weeks of data input for problem-solving efficiency!

In addition to my regular Governmental duties, I was a member of a 3-time statewide Pride In Performance award winning team that generated income tax filing season Commissioner Reports using Excel on a shared server drive!

My greatest achievement was the creation of a single macro that merged multiple excel files and eliminated three weeks of data input by several Governmental employees!
