Experience & Relevant Projects
I have a variety of work experience in civil and structural design. I have developed good technical knowledge and skills on engineering design. I also familiar with the procedures for project implementation and making submissions to regulatory/checking authorities in Singapore.
I also gained experience on supervising and designing steel works in a large basement construction project – 4-deep basement Times Square project (with 5000 meter square site).
I was particularly developed skill in design excavation shoring system for construction in urban area.

ALTEZ- The Universal City (62 floors – Condominium Building) at 16 Enggor Street – Singapore (2009)
I was involved in the preliminary design of structure and built up analysis model by ETABS, analysis and design the raft foundation (supported by large bored pile) by SAFE software. Evaluating the pile capacity utilization and bored pile selection.
I was involved in calculation lateral loads and analysis the stability of building, check and design all structural elements to ensure the strengthening capacity.
ASCENTIA SKY (45 floors –Condominium Building) at 1 & 3 Alexandra View, Singapore (2009)
I was involved in the design of structure for swimming pool and landscaping slab at 1st storey area.
HDB WOODLANDS N8C20 (16 floors-HDB Flat) at Woodlands – Singapore (2010)
I was involved in the construction and tender design of structure and built up analysis model by SECAD software, analysis and design the bored pile foundation, calculation and estimating pile capacity, bored pile selection.
I was involved in calculation lateral loads and analysis the stability of building, check and design all structural elements to ensure the strengthening capacity.

I was involved in the construction stage as checker engineer. I have responsibility to check all structural issued drawings that were design by other qualify engineers. Making calculation for checking and evaluation report for sub-structure and super-structure level.

TIMES SQUARE SKY SCRAPER (43 floors Residential, Hotel and Office Building) at 22-36 Nguyen Hue Street – Ho Chi Minh City -Vietnam
I was involved in the construction and detail design of excavation and lateral support system for 16m deep soft soils. I was also involved in the preparing of analysis, calculation and design all steel element, connection design, geotechnical interpretive report for the excavation stage. I had also worked on site supervise and proposal the remedial work to meet changing conditions
SUNRISE CITY COMPLEX (31 to 34 floors - the high-rise complex of apartments on a site of 5.2 hectares) at Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Tan Hung Ward, Dist 7, Ho Chi Minh City –Vietnam (2008-2009)
