CAREER HISTORY
Operations & IT Manager, Bargain Cleaners,
Inc., 2003 to 2009. Recruited by former
Coaster Management VP to join new firm. Led
improvements, including labor cost reductions
and payroll function, IT upgrades and accounts
payable for $8M dry cleaner with 25 stores.
Migrated corporate from Windows NT to Windows
Server 2003, as well as Windows 98 to Windows
XP. Trained staff on all upgrades.
Systems Administrator & Programmer / Analyst,
WH Cleaners/Coaster Management, Inc., 1995 to
2003. Designed, developed, installed and
supported POS system for 100+ stores for
startup lease-to-buy operation (#1 US discount
dry cleaner). Performed system training and
development. Created corporate databases and
reporting software. Implemented upgrade to
Windows NT Server/Win98. Directed store
managers on systems compliance.
Earlier: Held positions with home healthcare
industry companies.
