Lead the Object-Oriented architectural design of the next generation Fujitsu Network Management System for the FETEX 150 ATM Telephony Switch that served as the basis for the next seven years of development and sales for the Network Switching division located in Raleigh, NC. Visited Telecom Network Operation Centers to understand user pain points in managing and monitoring their telephony network.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:

* Influenced the leadership in Japan to migrate the GUI software development project from Japan to United States through the development of system prototype of the Next Generation Network Management System (NMS). The NMS was an Object-Oriented solution written in C++ on Unix and Windows operating systems. One hundred percent identical code on both platforms.

* Presented the Next Generation NMS at Telecom 95, the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) conference held every four years, at the request of the Japanese Leadership. The only U.S. engineer requested to attend.

* Received an Outstanding Individual Achievement Award for the efforts on the Next Generation NMS.
