District Manager
I was responsible for the operations of three qsr restaurants which include 85+ employees and managers. These responsibilities include p&l statements, internal operations audits, corporate operations audits, sales and increasing customer counts, hiring and developing management teams, training, conducting staff and management meetings, new item rollouts, customer service, problem resolution, exceeding all health code standards, conduct performance evaluations, restaurant cleanliness and achieving/exceeding speed of service goals. I interact with the community frequently and I am involved in numerous community events which promote our restaurants.
• I am currently working with our corporate office, architects and contractors regarding a complete scrape and rebuild of one of our older restaurants. I am responsible for the entire project from its inception through to its completion.
• Having been a Restaurant General Manager at all six of our current restaurants and having been a District Manager for the past five years I have gained valuable knowledge, skills and abilities that allow me to be successful in the qsr industry.
• My restaurants continuously achieve perfect or near perfect scores on corporate operations audits as well as surprise external third party operations and food safety audits. These restaurants also score very well on customer shopper reports as well as corporate shopper reports. One of the restaurants is a flagship training restaurant......the only one of its kind for close to 200 miles.
