● Provide support/leadership for developing and implementing a testing program for facility testing, startup, and operations, including identification and delineation of assigned systems and testing program for same

● Support implementation of the SWPF values for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction
● Uses the SWPF Performance Improvement Tracking System (PITs) and the Commissioning Testing, Tasks & Issues database, to track and resolve needed corrections, and improvement opportunities generated
● Administer the Testing/Commissioning groups Self-Assessment program; including preparation of the annual assessment plan, assuring that assessments are completed as planned and tracking and trending results
● Administer the Testing/Commissioning groups Issues Management process to ensure findings and deficiencies identified during assessments or other activities are documented, tracked and resolved with appropriate corrective actions
