Kaci Builders is a construction company that focuses on ground up and interior build out work. I just completed the supervising and project managing of a 2.2 Million Dollar interior build out for Burlington Coat factory in Pearland, TX. I am currently working with sub contractors on acquiring bids on making sure they understand the scope of work as it pertains to the specs and prints. I am working here on a contract basis as I am not sure which direction I plan on going in my next venture.

And all other business activities. I have also been involved in all types of construction projects from ground up to remodel work. I have GC several jobs that pertain to this type of work. I am currently in the process of closing company in order to look for new opportunities.

After the completion of the Oklahoma project I decide to move back to the Houston area. I applied at Blast Incorporated and was given a job as an estimator. While there I was in charge of looking at jobs and estimating cost this included amount of materials, labor, overhead, profit, and equipment and time to complete the job. I was also involved in writing procedures to resolve waterproofing issues. I wrote several Job specifications for the college of the mainland and several management companies. Meet with the owners of the company on a regular basis to discuss bid strategies and personnel.

I was contacted by Blazer to work for them in Oklahoma City on the Murrah Plaza Project (Bomb Site of Federal Building) Due to the nature of this project I decided to accept the job. This project was the turning point in my career in the waterproofing industry. I was in charge of scheduling sub contractors, meeting with Government personnel, writing specifications for certain procedures, job scheduling, quality control of materials being used, daily production reports, meeting with manufactures representatives and hiring of personnel.

I was contacted by Western to help open an office in Salt Lake City. This seemed like a good opportunity to learn more about the waterproofing industry so I decided to take the job. I was responsible for purchasing of materials, scheduling of personnel, time sheets, weekly safety meetings and overall job supervision.
