*)Have worked as a food server in the Main Street Grill located in the Walnut Creek Marriott from September 1993 until present time.

2)Prior to beginning at Marriott, worked from 1981 until 1993 in the Concord California International House of Pancakes as a food server for Mr. Henry Chan. The IHOP was razed for city re-development and Mr. Chan retired at that time.

3)Before 1981, I worked for my father, Sal Brancati in his three International House of Pancakes franchises...two in California and one in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. I began in 1962 at 11 yrs. of age doing Hostess duties and basic re-stocking. I watched and trained until I felt ready to take on food serving. By the age of 19, I was helping manage his stores, doing the ordering, payroll, and participating in all aspects of the food service industry.
