CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS AND HIGHLIGHTS:
Develop strategic plan for the development of a 240 Acre high profile subdivision project in northern CA. Demonstrated Entrepreneurial drive and vision as co-founder of SutterBrown Properties, LLC. Acquired 240-acre property, planned and implemented Estate Lot subdivision. I managed costs avoided risks and added value to have property completely paid for by sale of first four lots within one year. Once the first phase was paid for we obtained the final entitlements While others were leveraging, I was taking low-risk approach and maintained in-the-black status of development now worth $4.5 Million.
Demonstrated visionary leadership through startup of high-growth organization with strong and sustainable revenue. As co-founder of SutterBrown, Inc. Civil Engineering, Planning, Mapping and Surveying –and principal, I was instrumental in growing SutterBrown, Inc. from two employees to over 12 with revenues of more than $2 million per year.
