August 2011 – August 2012: Maintenance Supervisor with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) as part of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) program in Afghanistan. Supervised subordinate mechanic work teams performing the full range of field-level retrofit, overhaul and repair work on chassis group units of one or more (MRAP) type vehicles. I ensured that required paperwork is updated regularly. Researched parts using Military Technical Manuals, internet resources, and SAMS-IE. Performed trend analysis for operations within area of responsibility. Maintained database files. Coordinated with Production Control for shop load requirements. Coordinated with Parts Expeditor when required. Prepared and submitted reports as needed. Counseled employees on a regular basis and provided input to appraisals. Reviewed work in progress and upon completion for conformance to standards. Maintained environmental, safety, and health standards. Ensured proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials and waste. Managed the configuration management recording and reporting in support of MRAP retrofit program. Nov 2010 – August 2011: Maintenance Manager, CALIBRE Systems Inc. on contract at the Army Field Support Battalion (AFSBn) Fort Stewart, Georgia. Conducted readiness analysis for 3rd Infantry Division (M) units. Developed, reviewed, and evaluated mobilization and contingency plans. Analyzed strategic plans, unit missions, and service agreements to determine support required. Participated in joint planning and evaluation sessions to identify logistics deficiencies revealed during military exercises, and develop recommendations for corrective action and program improvements. Developed, organized, evaluated, and coordinated a comprehensive supply, maintenance, and transportation quality assurance program. Developed management and technical controls required to monitor and evaluate the implementation and execution of plans, policies and procedures for maintenance, supply and transportation. Compiled and updated data concerning availability, condition and use of vehicles, weapons, materiel, spare parts, repair manuals, and test equipment.

Oct 2001 - Nov 2010: Fleet General Manager for First Vehicle Services in Effingham County, Georgia. Analyzed, prepared, and developed budgets and forecasts. Managed a yearly budget of $736,000. Developed a workflow that made our team the highest producing team on the contract of over a year.

Aug 1997- Feb 2000: Served as The Maintenance Control Sergeant in the 26th Forward Support Battalion, 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized). Supervised and performed the duties of Army Maintenance Management. Led the reduction of the overage recoverable item list from over four hundred items to three items.
