JOB SUMMARY

Independently managed microbiological department – microbiological laboratory and process consist of water treatment, syrup mfg, Bottle washing, proportioning, carbonation, filling operations and prevention of microbial contamination at all stages. Microbiological lab inventory and media disposal process controls.

Validation & Monitoring – HACCP Hazard points, CIP, process equipments’ viz: mix tank, filling machines, Proportioner and Carbonator.

Implementation of quality management programs – GLP, GMP, Media disposal, environmental swabs, ISO and HACCP.

Ensuring conformity of material standards – extensive testing of incoming raw, auxiliary and packaging materials.

Deviation handling – Investigation, root cause analysis of microbial deviations and development of their appropriate corrective and preventive action plans.

Documentation – implementation, monitoring and management of laid down documentations requirements.

JOB SUMMARY

Management of Micro lab – Keep all micro lab equipment in working condition, calibration of test equipments, execution of GLP in Micro lab, change over procedure for micro lab entry.

Micro testing - Carry out all the required microbiological tests to ensure that the intermediates and processes (Water Treatment, Syrup Mfg., Bottle washing, Proportioning, Carbonation & Filling) and finished product meet the Company standards (Microbiology Validated CIP by microbiological analysis.

Other testing -Conducted Tests on each lot of incoming Auxiliary Materials (WTP Chemicals, Sugar Treatment Chemicals & Cleaning - Sanitizing Agents) and release to Production if they meet Company's Specs.
