The structural design of the sound barrier systems is consist of Steel post embedded in concrete caisson for ground mounted wall is and the structure mounted wall is fixed on the side of traffic concrete barrier with plate and anchor bolt. The sound barrier system is design to withstand wind pressure applied perpendicular to the system in both directions. The design of sound barrier system is consist of

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR

Assessed the quality of various Building, Bridge, and Parking garage projects for various customers including MTO, GO-TRANSIT, GTAA, and other large clients.

 Prepared stress sheet and worked out strand’s stressing force, slippage and elongation for straight and deflected strand as per drawing and specification.

 Suggested the cement, aggregate, and water/cement ratio for concrete mix design to find out best economical, workable and required compressive transfer and 28 days concrete strength, air content and spacing factors etc. required for project and CSA/ASTM standard.

 Ensured product (bridges girders, double/single tee beams, box culverts etc.) casted in compliance with working drawings, specification, company procedures and CSA/ASTM standards.

 Minimized costly errors during production, ensuring that products conform to drawings and specification and that the finish product is of high quality.

 Performed concrete testing such as air content, concrete temperatures, slump test, and prepared cylinders including concrete crushing strength test as well as sieve analysis and stability tests.

 Checked rebar, form set-up hardware type and location before concrete was placed.

 Ensured products were manufactured according to drawing after placement of concrete and inspected finish products for uniformity of colour, texture and other imperfection for repair.

 Approved or rejected raw material and manufactured product on inspection and test result and prepared QC inspection reports for pre-pour, post pour and deficiencies.

 Fazal Textile Mills (Includes shell structure, 75 ft. high O.H.Water tank and other structure, all internal road works, drainage system and landscaping, etc. over 32 Acre Area).
