Work Place: Tata Consultancy Services.

TCS has taken the responsibility to develop web applications for reporting tools for Owens-Corning that allows plant people to view the daily production in terms of quantity, plant code, material used etc. The access of web application is secured and is based on the role and plant code. The web report tool also has the separate page for labeling which allows the plant people to view the generated labels and pull the data form SQL server local database which is the replica of IP21 server database. For Fairburn plant people, it has a separate page to see the energy consumption data, which displays real-time and historical energy consumption and the deviation between two based on some calculations. The data which is available in SQL server will be get updated through SQL Plus script through IP21 server for a scheduled time interval.
