• Supervise construction project phases from bid to client turnover
• Oversee project phases: new construction, remodels, renovations, road enhancements, build-outs, and expansions, underground utilities, options and upgrades. Project Cost Range $2 million-$70 million
• Oversee the following construction project types: stores, office buildings, strip malls, multi-level residential, single level condominiums, retirement communities, industrial big box, retail big box, pharmacies, and government jet hangers
• Act as a liaison between all parties involved, i.e. the branch office, field office, and corporate headquarters staff, consultants, design team, local municipalities and inspectors, contractors and vendors, internal and external clients
• Strong ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Solicit and analyze bids on construction projects from contractors
• Negotiate, write, finalize, and execute scope of work contracts for all construction disciplines including MEPF and IT
• Manage budget and schedule, provide monthly job cost status reports to upper management
• Experience inspecting materials prior to placement making sure it is in accordance with contract documents
• Detail oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently reporting to corporate periodically
• Experience working in cold, wet, and hot weather conditions
• Implement practices and processes for better workflow and uniformed quality from project to project
• Facilitate training for field and branch office staff
• Coordinate and retrieve data for LEED Certification
• Flexible to work nationwide and internationally, willing to travel up to 100% if required, relocation not required
• Proficient in MS Word, Works, Excel, Project Schedule, and PowerPoint, Sure Trak Schedule, Grade Beam Bid Software, On-Screen Take-off, JD Edwards Accounting Program, Expedition, Primavera
