Owner/Project Manager
Build out of six Upton’s Department stores. Project included framing, hanging, and finishing of all sheetrock walls and soffits as well as layout and framing of all acoustical and lighting systems. The average build out for each store was 40,000 square feet.
Responsible for the drywall package and high bar oak bar at Great Waters Clubhouse. Project included interior and exterior framing, door installation and was approx. 45,000 square feet.
Build out of 2 Super Target stores averaging 100,000 square feet. Project included framing, hanging, and finishing of all sheet rock and acoustical ceilings as well as installation of all door frames, hardware, and entrance kydex.
Renovation projects at Chili’s restaurant, News Exchange, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and general offices for Delta Airlines.

Interior cosmetic renovation of Fidelity Bank in Atlanta, GA
Historical renovation of the 15-story Russell Erskine Hotel originally built in 1930. This included replacing the entire HVAC system, installing new fire protection system, new doors, carpet, blinds, storm windows, complex millwork, refurbishing bathrooms, and overhauling the elevators.
Challenge: the building housed retirees who occupied the building during the renovation.
