• Invented a diagnostic relay for use by service technicians, which led to a patent ( U.S. Patent # 6,563,408 ). Diagnostic relay allows technician to perform electrical checks for a circuit without having to disable the circuit, thus saving valuable time.

Performed manufacturing evaluations for new processes at the plants. Co-chair of Chrysler Supplier Cost Reduction Effort ( SCORE ) Tech Club for miscellaneous harnesses.

• Developed and prototyped Pre-Production wiring harnesses for vehicle testing in the 2001 Chrysler European Diesel Minivan.

• Wrote and edited various articles for the “Book of Knowledge” - an internal online training system to educate and mentor new employees.

• Conducted Part Submission Warrant ( PSW ) ensuring accurate part submissions from component suppliers, preventing erroneous parts from reaching final plant buyoff.

• Submitted many cost reduction ideas to the design engineering community for optimization of harness designs for a savings of $107,200.
