• Prepare, issue, and review all bid packages.

• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, contractors and suppliers.

• Develop and implement quality control programs.

• Coordinate activities and monitor the performance of the Contractor and others sub-contractors to insure that schedules are met and system performance is not compromised.

• Identify construction risks and prepare action plans to mitigate the same.

• Manage project budget throughout project and review all items related to change orders, estimates, costs, budgets, disbursements, documentation, shop drawings and other work related to projects.
