Talented Designer who works closely with the Engineer, seeing projects from start through the permitting process. We are a one-stop-shop specializing in: floor, elevation, site, framing, electrical, mechanical and detail plans. I was mainly in charge of the company’s Architectural projects including custom residential construction, remodel planning, light commercial, site plan layout, and presentation services. After design approval, I cut out initial framing sheets and than act as a liaison between Engineer, clients, and field crew to create a final construction set. I work back and forth with the Engineer through redline changes to produce a permitted plan set. In addition to full knowledge of new techniques and construction, I also have extensive training creating as-builds in order to produce renovations.
