- creating flowcharts of over 60 production MMIS batch job schedules, none of which existed previously, and,
- providing production support and change requests against batch/on-line applications and programs,
Supported Royal Bank of Canada Insurance (RBCI) with timely and error-free deliverables by:
- designing and completing coding requirements that could not be generated into conversion programs,
- reviewing, enhancing and running the test plan for each conversion program, and,
- recording and reporting results for each test plan.

- add Patient Status Code “66” to existing processes that involved 44 “includes” (2 of which had to be changed),
57 programs (9 of which had to be changed) and 5 jobs that had to be meticulously tested.
Developed a process to identify Oregonians with active Medicaid cases whose claims should be forwarded to
TRICARE for reimbursement rather than being paid in error by the State of Oregon, completed on-time and
on-budget and saved potentially millions of Oregon taxpayer dollars.
