Design of a geothermal flash evaporation steam cycle, including 1st and 2nd law thermodynamic analysis, piping/pump design and selection, cost analysis, etc.
-PLC-Controlled Pneumatic Robot
Design and analysis of automated robotic process, including electro-pneumatic circuit diagrams, ladder logic design and implementation, wiring diagrams, etc.
-Asphalt-Cooling Thermal System Design
Design and analysis of a piping system to reduce temperature fluctuations in roads; optimization of pipe size and locations, flow rates, etc.; analysis of transient temperature distribution.
-Trash Compactor
In-depth design and analysis of a trash compactor, including drive mechanism, electro-mechanical integration, manufacturing process, cost analysis, and AutoCAD/SolidWorks development of all components.
