-Attained a first hand introduction to the European engineering perspective through technical visits to SIEMENS in Berlin, Volkswagen in Wolfsburg, and Daimler in Berlin.
PROJECTS:
University of Michigan – Design and Manufacturing Experience (September 2005-Present)
-Designed and manufactured a spinal surgery table attachment for Dr. Frank La Marca, Neurosurgeon at the University of Michigan Health System. The device will be used to make minimally invasive scoliosis correcting surgery easier for surgeons to perform.
-Designed lower leg prosthesis for trans-tibial amputees to increase ankle mobility.
