• Designed, developed and maintained Pricing and Revenue Management Dashboards using MS ASP.NET and MS SQL Server 2005 Reporting Service (SSRS) to support corporate profitability.
• Created ad-hoc reports and conducted data analysis in MS ACCESS, MS EXCEL (mainly pivot table & VBA Macro) and SSRS to support business decision making.
• Designed and developed Overbooking, High Revenue Spill/Low Revenue Spoil, RASM (Revenue per Available Seat Mile) KPI reports.
