• In addition to the Maintenance Project Engineer Supervisor role, responsibilities include management of all central engineering salary and hourly staff. Plant employees over 600 employees and directly responsible for a combined salary and hourly staff consisting of over 50 personnel. Provide direction and goals for central engineering staff and plant maintenance. Responsible for maintenance expenditures and liaison between corporate engineering and the facility. Accountable for cleaning and grounds upkeep along with building repairs. Responsible for safety training, plant shutdown repairs and oversight of TPM initiatives. Accountable for renewing of state permits with equipment. Direct report to the Plant Manager.

1. Implemented psi reduction on plant compressed air resulting in over 100 k annual savings

2. Designed an automated water side economizer for process chillers resulting in savings of 30 k

3. Optimized PDM practices resulting in reduced repair costs to high failure equipment

Maintenance Project Engineer Supervisor, Shaw Inc., Thomson, Ga April 2012-Present

• Responsible for all of plant maintenance hourly employees and the maintaining of all plant support equipment. Some of the plant support equipment includes 1500 hp of Boiler capacity, 6,400 hp of compressed air, 4700 tons of chiller capacity, 8 large airwashes for HVAC and 15 cooling towers. Responsible for the compliance and implementation of corporate objectives in TPM efforts with plant maintenance employees. Contact for contractors within the plant and responsible for submitting capital and expense projects. Project manager for capital and expense projects and lead on all energy reduction efforts. Responsible for 2-D and 3-D mechanical design support for entire plant.

1. Designed and implemented over 300k worth of energy saving projects in a period of 5 months.

2. Managed and directly responsible for 1.8 million worth of capital projects in a period of 8 months.

3. Developing the first waste heat powered absorption chiller machine within Shaw Industries in a joint venture with Southern Company.

4. Six Sigma project savings in electrical reduction downtime totaling 198k
