Regional Support Specialist - Compliance Department. Handle incoming business from Brokers while helping them w/ paperwork requirements, training & licensing w/in FINRA. Coordinate marketing, advertising & sales literature approval for the representatives. Help coordinate annual audits for the branch managers by preparing the material for the audit & the follow-up w/ the Brokers. Research client complaints, regulatory inquiries & arbitrations for Brokers around the nation & respond accordingly. Maintain & build strong relationships with the Brokers to assist them in their everyday needs.
ING Financial Partners (summer of 2006)
Summer internship with President Eric Schwarz. Helped with gathering information for meetings and inputting data for future clients. Studied the process of Financial Planning and learned how to deal with clients in business operations.
Apartment Manager (Aug 06 – May 07) Accountable for students in my apartment complex as well as five other apartments. Dealt with problems and complaints within the apts. Found resources to help better the apartment life while attending Coe College.

Activities
Coe College Student Affairs Committee
Worked closely with Vice President of Student Affairs and the Associate Dean of Students on fine tuning rules and regulations around Coe College. Also revised new amendments and discussed new issues that are impacting our community.
Coe College Student Athlete Advisory Committee
Tasks included finding better campus involvement, discussing issues around campus, and attempting to make sports accomplishments more of a distinguished achievement.
Volunteering
Walk for Kids at Arthur Elementary and Special Olympics held at Coe College as well as Daniels Park clean-up. Also, Coe College tennis (4 years) while receiving IIAC Tennis Player of the Week.
