May ‘08 – Present Young and Company Advertising
- Worked on 18 separate advertising campaigns for a variety of clients. Received five Springfield Advertising Agency Awards for my work on the American Red Cross campaign. Developed television ads, 30 and 60 second radio spots, and primary and secondary research packets. Created press releases, met with clients to develop campaign concepts and contacted radio and television groups to set up media schedules.
Aug. ‘08 – May ‘09 Missouri State University Advertising Team
- Part of a National Championship winning team, which prepared a multimedia campaign for the United States Intelligence Agency. Member of a team that presented a national recruitment campaign for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Worked as both a copywriter and researcher for the team assisting in primary and secondary research. I also was a part of the presentation team for this project. Received two Springfield Advertising Agency Awards for our United States Intelligence Agency campaign.
June ’07 – January ‘09 Student Orientation, Advisement and Registration - Missouri State University
- Created and implemented a successful recruitment campaign to attract candidates and increase applications. Presented this campaign to campus administrators for approval. Assisted students in preparing their schedules and registering for classes. Displayed and promoted the university’s resources and facilities to parents and students during the summer.
