Working as an DT Engineer in “Telecom Network solution Pvt. Ltd.” Since July. 2010.

Worked as RF and DT Engineer in Toshniwal Controls Pvt. Ltd for three months.

Six months working experience of Network Management system in ACME TELE POWER LTD as NMS Engineer .

Current Project

Working on project of Ericsson on DRIVE TEST in Rajastan Circle for Airtel.

Current Responsibilities

Drive testing of some critical routes and finding problems regarding coverage and quality issues.

Collecting raw data from field & analyzing for handover and call drop issues.

Handling customer complaints regarding both CS and PS and coordinating with TSG for their closure.

Comparison Drive Test between different operators (Benchmarking).

Pre- Post drive test of new sites.

Doing migration activity.

Performing Quarterly drive test for TRAI and coordinating with customer for the same.

Doing Drive Test for new feature trials and giving feedback to responsible engineer for the same.

To check the coverage of radio cell & compare it with coverage prediction. Verify the parameters e.g. Rx level, Rx quality, Cell ID, BSIC, & MAIO etc. defined by the operator planner.

Handling optimization of new and existing sites which includes problems like Call drop, interference, handover failure, in building problem, antenna tilting.

Technical Qualification

B.E. in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING Passed in year 2009 from M.B.S College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu University.

Completed training of three months from TNS(Telecom Network Solution) Noida, An ISO Certified company on Advance Digital Wireless Technology which includes 2G & 3G :
