“The effect of Phosphatidylinositol-3 -kinase -γ inhibitor,Cay 10505 in Hypertension associated vascular dysfunction in rat .” under esteemed guidance of Dr.R.D.Budhiraja &Prof. P.L. Sharma

Pharmacological Skills

* Recording blood pressure of rat by tail cuff method using BIOPACK MP100.

* Working on two channel physiograph in rat aortic rings preparation.

* Unilateral renal ischemia surgery in rats

* Collection of blood sample from vain of rat, mice and rabbit

*Recording of heart rate and coronary effluent on rats using Langendorffs apparatus and Biopac.

*Spectrophotometric determinations of Serum Glutathione, nitrite /nitrate, SOD,biochemical parameters.
