PROJECT-1

BOROUGE2-Polyolefins (August 2008 to November 2010).

Client: ABU DHABI POLYMER COMPANY LIMITED (UAE).

Project Detail: Borouge2 is the second petrochemical plant in Ruwais, Abudhabi. The main feedstock is ethane further cracked in the cracker to make ethylene. Ethylene is further used in PE plant to make polyethylene and in OCU to make Propylene and 1-Butene. Propylene is then used in the PP plant to make polypropylene and 1-Butene is used as co-monomer in PE plant. The Polyolenis is based on Borstar proprietary technology.

Scope of Project:

• Major role played on ESD system, Commissioning of Polypropylene1, Polypropylene2, Polyethylene3 and Polymer common plant involved from SIT to SAT. Experienced in Hardware, Software & Safety functional logic. Responsible for customer query, decision making and co-ordination with remote team.

• Detailed engineering-to-commissioning of control system(ESD&DCS), Experienced on both Hardware and Software section

• Preparation of Function design specification and Detailed design specification for ESD system

• Design of Marshalling and System cabinets, IO assignment for IS and NON-Intrinsically safe signals based on NAMUR standard and SIL level

• Safety functional logic and graphics development as per interlock description and Cause&Effect narrative for ESD system

• Application development, configuration and template designing for Process control system based(PCS) based on control philosophy

d. Integrating IPCS SIEMENS switchgear monitoring system with Experion platform through OPC communication

TATA Motors rolls out commercial vehicle and specialized in manufacturing High capacity bus system buses we were in expansion of paintshop for heavy trucks.

• Database maintaining for each body of truck base on Roller bed barcode.

• All controllers are interlinked to maintain identical database for whole paintshop

• Control application development and Graphics development

• Database synchronization will help to identify a particular Color, wax coating ,truck location. This DB synchronization did logically based on body transfer from one Roller bed to other RB.
