Academic Computer Tech (Internship) May 2011-May 2012- Worked to
resolve technical problems on administrative and faculty computers.
Responsible for providing university level network application maintenance
and software updates.
Office of Information and Technology(May2011-August2011)- Assigned to work
with various school departments while installing 120 new computers
throughout offices and campus labs. Network responsibilities included
Administrative database, E-mail system, university website and over 100
servers. Work included desktop core loads and personalized installations

ticket database, lab networks, troubleshooting student/faculty individual
problems, maintaining an inventory of computers, printers, scanners, and
projectors.

as President of the University Computer Club. Responsible for delivery of a
monthly report and promoting the vision and ethics of the club's mission
statement during campus meetings to members.

network printers, teleconference equipment, Lotus Notes, Linux/Unix,

Other: New Student Leader- Experience involved working with incoming
students. Communicated one-on-one to build trust and working relationship
with new students to meet their needs. Responsibilities included guidance
and direction on a daily basis.
Events Coordinator- Team member participation in school events.
Responsibilities included setup of computer equipment and stage for large
venues as well as quick turn transition to the next scheduled event.

and special events.
