• As a Estate manager for planning and implementation of sugarcane Development in Factory owned farms and out Growers fields.

• Budgetting, monitoring and implementations the jobs required for Agricultural Development in order to achieve the goals.

• Organizing seed varieties under three tier nursery programmes for better varietal scheduling.

• Handle farm machinery and equipments. Maintain farm inventory and minimizing cost of expenses.

• Labor and workforce management.

• Developing rapport with Government officials, bank officials, Ministers and liaise with local Authority.

• Planning and execution of sugarcane development required for the annual basis. Organizing required fleet for cane transportation.

• Educating, training field staffs working in the Department.

• Swamp development and cultivation in the marshy swamps are the major tasks in Rwanda.

• Conducting village and district level farmers meet periodically organizing field demonstration and imparting education at the field level. Conducting seminars on sugarcane mechanization to bring awareness.

In Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Sugars Ltd., Peramamblur. Newly farmed 9 divisions with full cane Department strength of 52 members participating to achieve 23,050 acres in our command area comprising 19 firkas, 8 taluks, 4 districts.

In Sakthi Sugars on vertical cane Development of Sugarcane yields. The levels of yields were brought up from 37 tonnes to 40 tonnes per Acre. Introduced all scientific methods of cultivation practices in farmers’ holdings over an area of 5000 acres.
