Job Responsibilities:
Develop / elaborate EPC schedule in Primavera P3e for a facility in light of design drawings / specifications / minutes of relevant meetings etc.
Collect actual progress data and update EPC schedule in Primavera P6.1.
Obtain weekly status of all Detail Schedules. Update status for Master Schedule update with slippages and opportunities defined.
Work with Engineering to verify activities in weekly consultant’s reports. Verify engineering deliverables status/progress and identify slippage and/or opportunities. Track engineering deliverables in Master Schedule and update accordingly.
Review changes to contractor's schedules, enter the details in the Master Schedule when approved and report any abnormality or area of concern.
Produce management reports on the project time status and resources for the weekly reports.
Updating and analysis of ongoing schedule comparative to baseline. Activity includes but not limited to; verification of Critical path and impact to target milestones (contractual, project key milestones, turnkeys, construction turn-over milestones, etc.) and recommending possible mitigating actions.
Coordinate construction activities & look-ahead schedules with field discipline engineers and adjust schedule logic, if required.
Develop and maintain material / tracking list (all disciplines) for scope of work. Raise concern for slippage of materials / equipment from target delivery dates.
Carry out priority work established by the Project Controls Manager, maintain open communication channels and ensure cooperation and coordination with disciplines in the project services group and other project personnel.
Constant coordination with internal departments, partner companies and lower-tier Contractors for progress monitoring and control.
Support project team to achieve internal targets by regularly informing criticality and forecasted dates of completion of essential key-dates (either by detail analysis of resources or forecast by sub-contractor) as well as providing proposal to mitigate/expedite critical activities.
