Description :

The HealthSpring ADR brings together the claims experience of approximately 500,000 members from all of the HealthSpring plans. HealthSpring ADR is the foundation of the HealthSpringcompanies’ commitment to accurate auditing, estimating and reporting. It has several data repositories that provide some access to their Medicare claims, membership, provide, and other data. The data in the current repositories is not easily reconciled across the separate environments. As part of larger data governance initiative, HealthSpring has a goal to provide a single source of trusted and verified data, accessible across all of the Health Spring, to support reporting and analysis. To support this objective, this HealthSpring ADR design project was chartered.

Responsibilities:

• Developed Datastage jobs to extract, transform and load the data from source to Staging Area and Staging Area to Warehouse Tables.

• Used DataStage Director to execute and monitor the jobs.

• Reviewing of Jobs as per TSD.

• Used DataStage Manager to export, import the DataStage jobs.

• Job sequence design for the set of jobs developed.

• Developed and executed the Unit Test Cases.

Description :

Argos Corporation is a unique multi-channel retailer recognized for choice, value and convenience and serves over 130 million customers a year through our stores and takes 26% of sales through the internet channel alone. This website was the most visited high street retail website in the UK. The Categories Books and Video Games data to integrate into External data repository and make the data available on Argos site. Here the Flat files will be pulled from provider site (MUZE, BT, and Fill Point) and load into Argos External Data Repository in DB2 database on daily deltas, weekly deltas and monthly full feeds. Integration was done through DataStage.

Responsibilities:

• Participated in Requirement gathering and Business meetings, understand the requirements and translated into Technical Design Document.

• Involved in understanding Interface doc and Handling CR’s

• Involved in Code Review and Day to day backup of Jobs

• Developed and executed the Unit Test Cases, System Test cases.

Description :

RSA is a FTSE 100 company, listed on the London Stock Exchange. Provides insurance, Capital Markets, Loan Closing Services. It strives for the highest possible levels of satisfaction among customers, business partners, shareholders and employees. In order to take effective decisions and build good customer relationship, this system gives intelligent information regarding to understand the trends, performance and customer’s analysis. This system is used to perform Policy Formulating, claiming process. The console application, which is part of this system, does the month-end and the day end process apart from performing regular data. The main purpose of the project is to perform Extraction, Transforming and Loading into Oracle 9i target using IBM Data Stage Architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed Data Stage Mappings based on user requirements.

• Used transformations Source Qualifier, expression, Lookup, Aggregator, Rank, Filters, Router and Sequence generator etc.

• Created Reusable Transformations and Mapplets.

• Created sessions and workflows using workflow manager.
