I have been in the custom and semi custom housing industry for over twenty years. I have a strong background dealing with trades people, nervous customers and owners of construction companies. My past jobs have required me to develop strong people and negotiation skills. I also spent three years as a customer service warranty superintendent taking care of home defects ,product malfunction, and make sure the customers are comfortable in their new homes.
Previous to my production housing experience I was in the home remodeling industry, this is where I learned a hands on knowledge of the construction industry. I was trained as a carpenter for home additions ,basement and bath renovations, and handyman work. I’m not afraid to put the tools back on to get the job done on time.
