Sales Manager / Consultant, Advantage Impact,
2012 to Present. Managed the sales process,
as well as provided training and development
on a consulting basis for this private start-up
company offering hurricane impact windows
and doors to home-owners through “one call
close” process.
Sales Manager, Window Solutions / Buckley
Windows Corp. 2009 to 2012. Oversaw sales
of hurricane impact windows and doors for this
privately held company. Developed marketing
strategies. Contacted clients, presented
products and negotiated deals, managing a
sales team of four. Accepted a short term role
with Buckley Windows (distributor) to finalize
several large sales and installations after
Windows Solutions closed.
Regional Retail Operations Manager, Trans
World Entertainment ($1B specialty retail firm),
1987 to 2009. Led overall performance of SE
market with 160+ stores. Managed new store
openings, including integration of acquired
chains. Ensured SOPs, customer service and
merchandising standards of excellence.

managed $200M budget with full P&L.
