• Used the Employee Involvement process to support the corporate goal of ISO9001 registration. Teams wrote procedures for their own areas and updated them to assure ongoing compliance.

• Designed, implemented training and administered the Internal Audit system required by ISO standard. External ISO consultant indicated Internal Audit system was superior and used it as a template for other client companies.

SUNDSTRAND AEROSPACE, Rockford, Illinois 1986 - 1992
