Worked with all types of analytical equipments and simultaneously will explain to the clients about our newer products and its advantages by doing presentations.

Worked Extensively with Online Analyzers software integration with the QCX modules. Viz. Thermo PGNAA, scantech PGNAA and Sodern PFTNA.

Worked as a Global Resource in implementing the process and automation solutions across various countries.

Work Experience:

Worked in the Alumina Refinery Plant where the refining is done to remove the Alumina from its ore – Bauxite. Carried out several development Projects in obtaining the better process parameters which in turn give the good quality of the product.

Member of Project team in Green Anode Plant played major role in the erection of COPERION BUSS KNEADER, VIBROCOMPACTOR, PREHEATING SCREW, and BALL MILL.

Being an important member of the piping team had successfully completed the erection of HTM and Jacketed Pitch pipes and hence prepared and framed the supports for the pipes.

Worked jointly with MECON and KHD in assessing the quality of welding joints by doing dye-penetration test and hydro test.

Worked jointly with KHD during the commissioning of highly automated green anode plant.

Worked with COPERION BUSS, for optimizing the process set points of the Kneader for various feed rate, we jointly determined the rpm and integrated power for different feed rates and the temperature set points for the paste production.

Worked with EIRICH for the quality of mixing and cooling in the cooler and the parameter settings.

Worked with COMMERCIAL Department in material procurement and know-how SAP usage.

Jointly worked with process engineers of KHD In calculating the Recipes for the Anode.

Detect the process anomalies and non-conformances, determine the root causes for the same and provide support to operation personnel in rectifying / correcting the process.

Worked as a shift In-charge and taken care off the production and the maintenance of the green anode plant and maintained the supply chain under control to the Aluminum smelter Plant.
