I am seeking a specialist or leadership position commensurate to my skills and abilities focussing on emerging applications of Seismic Data Acquisition,Processing and Interpretation of Hydrocarbon (OIL & GAS) Exploration.
PRESENT STATUS & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Presently working with Madhucon Projects Limited in Oil & Gas division as a Senior Geophysicist -Oil & Gas based in Hyderabad, India. Presently associated with G & G team for scouting Oil & Gas Green fields/ Brown fields in Africa, SE Asia and CIS countries and evaluate Oil & Gas assets.
Identification & Analysis of business opportunities in E&P, Project Management and coordination during licensing rounds, farm-ins, Country analysis and Scouting of extensively Exploration as well as Producing assets in Oil & Gas sector.
8 years of upstream industry experience with an international operating company, with a focus on prospect generation through seismic interpretation, Attribute analysis, Volumetric estimation, Reservoir characterization, Velocity modeling and Depth conversion.Strong geophysical workstation skills, including working in a 3D visualization environment using ProMAX, SMT Kingdom Suite, Petrel,Petrosys and Geographix.

• Identification of new Exploration and Production Oil & Gas opportunities in Africa, SE Asia and CIS countries. Analysis, interpretation and evaluation of regional and basin data for new venture opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend high quality prospective assets through participation in licensing rounds,farm-ins, with detailed assessments of volumetrics and sub-surface risk profile.
• New venture evaluation, including project management as well as hands-on technical contribution for assessment of prospective fairways, plays and their resource potential and risk.
• providing G&G input to prospect generation,evaluation and a strong technical background in new venture evaluations.

• Worked as an “Exploration Geophysicist” with Sterling Oil Exploration and Energy Production Co.Ltd,Lagos, Nigeria. Worked on Niger Delta basin for their Exploration Blocks OPL-277 and OPL-280.
The major work involved Processing, QC and Interpretation of Seismic data, Attribute analysis, Volumetric estimation, Reservoir characterization, Velocity modeling and Depth conversion. Actively involving in OPL-277 & OPL-280 Field Development Plan.
