Ralph Doeve

Senior CNC Consultant

Ralph started working as CNC Consultant since 1997 with one of the earliest releases of OneWorld

Equipment. After he joined JD Edwards in 1998 he has been involved in many early day implementations of

OneWorld in the Benelux area.

In 2000 he joined the Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) group as a Technical Enterprise manager, responsible

for the Technology related aspects of global implementations of large and global companies.

In 2002 he (re)joined the Technical team of the Benelux as a Senior Technical Consultant, specialized in

technical project management, architecture design and scooping as well as regul

Sep 2009-Now: Customer has many implementation

projects going on for a couple of years.

Mar-Now: Customer is re-implementing on E1 9.0. New

hardware and several migration steps. Also support on

their 8.11 system

Oct-May2009: Customer decided to use new hardware and

split off their machines into development and production.

Complex configuration with XPI and BPEL interfaces.

May – Jul 2008: Extend their current infrastructure with new

Enterprise and Web servers. Upgrade their development

and prototype environment in multi-foundation mode to

8.97.

July 2007 – Now: Production support of E1 8.10 and

performance tuning and maintenance.

Beside on-going support act in several E1 projects during

the past year. Also implemented Tools release 8.97

Oct 2006: Support the Customer testing their goupgrade

plan.

Analyse performance and instability situations. Advise on

improvements and/or tune several components of

infrastructure. For example at Customers: IJB Beton, Romy

Smilfood, Gemeente Venlo, Shimano, Sobel, Vlisco, GUM

tradinghouse and more.

May 2007 – Jun 2008: CNC Coordination and support.

Upgrade testing, Integration support (XPI/WSG), daily CNC

support, Performance tasks and Roll-out in several

countries

October 2006: Support the Customer going live: upgrade,

Nov 2006: Make some reports using the E1 toolset

Mar – Jul 2006: : Analyse en tune E1 system. Work with

support on this critical account. Get them Live on E1 and

get a stabilized system.

Jan – Feb 2006: Support to stabilize upgraded environment

and prepare system to go-live

May 2005 – Jan 2006: Initial installation of OneWorld

Nov – Dec 2003: : As part of the Peoplesoft team that

worked together with Noveon on defining the Roadmap that

detailed out the route through which EnterpriseOne would

be implemented as a centralized, Web enabled system.

Using Technology workshops, all aspects of implementing

and rolling out a Global system were discussed and worked

out.

2003: Installation and configuration of ERP8. Support for

World to OneWorld conversion. Configuration and

maintenance of system during implementation phase. Web

server install and configuration. Been on-site on many

additional occasions for CNC support and advise up until

2006.

Sept 2002 – Dec 2003: Initial installation of OneWorld

software. Technical CNC support and documentation

during implementation project.

May – Jul 2002: Initial installation of OneWorld software.

Technical CNC support during implementation project.

2002: Support of local CNC group, implementing OneWorld

for Shell Finance. Also deliver work instructions and

procedures of daily CNC tasks. Part of Shell COMCAS

project team.

Jan – Jul 2002: Initial installation and support of OneWorld.

Technical support during implementation project. Also

organized Corporate visit in Denver with Customer to

discuss specific technical subjects.
