- Support cross-functional project teams (as LEAN ,EATB)

- SAP daily report ( Champion Production Execution SAP Wave 2).

Check and monitoring technological flow from raw material to finished product

- Monitor and enforce plant personnel for compliance with Internal Procedures, Local Law, Recordkeeping Requirements,HACCP Plan,SOP's,SSOP's and GMP's.

- Identifying areas of non-compliance and directing necessary corrective

actions.

- Checked sign in and out of all employees

- Review all machine logs to see what work was performed last shift.

- Any maintenance occurring during shift adequately logged and equipment sanitised.

- Passed on information regarding any projects or special instructions.

- Shift cleaning, production log is completed.
