Provide technical and contract assistance, proposal assistance, Lean manufacturing implementation, and other assistance. Conducted study of availability of crop residues for renewable energy use for Missouri Department of Natural Resources.

2/01-3/12 - Missouri Enterprise, Rolla, Missouri – Project Manager

Managed largest Lean Implementation project in Missouri with The Doe Run Company (3 divisions, 7 facilities). Developed the strategy and establishment of the Leonard Wood Institute, which conducts research projects for the U.S. Army (ARL). Certified Missouri Energy Auditor. Developed Missouri Enterprise’s E3 (Energy-Environment-Efficiency) program proposal, conducted energy audits, conducted studies for energy projects including renewable energy. Instrumental in developing and establishing Early Warning Network in Missouri. Developed, implemented, and course plan and schedule for Advanced Manufacturing Specialist Training program (DOL H1B grant), including developing and conducting course curriculum.
