• I work as a detailing engineer my work is to proceed a work shop drawing (assembly drawing-single part drawing) and general arrangement drawing after receiving the job from client in shape of design drawing we work there in a very big projects with heuge weights and many shapes of building (pipe racks-portal frames) there I countinue working with x-steel program to make finaly about 4 years working with this program our technical office production is about 6000 ton /month we delling with many clients(Aramco-Bin Laden-Hundai-Tecnip……)

• Design of light steel structure portal frames.

• Design of a steel structure multi story building consists of 10 floors using AISC-ASD89 code by modling in sap2000 V14.

• Design steel sturcture connection (moment and shear and brace connection) for heavey structures for technip and Bicktel company pipe rack project with AISC-ASD (allawable stress design code).

• Design of telecomunication towers with TIA/EIA-F code using PLS tower program.

• Design of transimation towers with design standard for high voltage overhead transmission lines from 33Kv-500Kv in Arab Republic of Egypt using PLS tower program.

• Design of monopoles and highmasts with AASHTTO code (design the highmast and monopole elements such as main body and base plate and anchor bolts)

My work is to receive the technical specification and contact client if there is any missing data after that start in design the job which may be transimation or telecomunication towers also it can be monopole or highmast,

Telecomunication towers may carry a microwave dishs antenna or GSM antenna or both of them and having a work platform and restplatform and internal safety cage ladder the tower height which we designed height start from 10m to 100m it may be square or triangular in cross section from angles or pipe section so that we make a alot of designs for many companies as Mobinil , Vodafone , ZTE , Huawei , Tie Tec , Siemens ……..

• After making the design we make a design drawing and then calculate the tower weight and sent the price list to the client.

• Making a work shop drawing (fabrication details) for towers and any steel structure using strucad program.

My Projects in Elswedy:

- In design field for Alkan company I designed 100m tower and 70m tower using pls tower program according to code TIA/EIA-F and made the work shop detailing for them using strucad program.

- Curently I make a workshop detaling for the third mobile network steel towers the specification for towers from Huawei and Etisalat companies.
