MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS___________________________________

I have over twenty-five (25) years of Civil Engineering and Land Development experience across 4 states.

➢ As Vice President of Land Development at American Premiere Homes, production increased from a few lots per year to over 300 lots per year, in 4 states.

➢ Within months of purchasing a 116 SF Lot Development, my analysis, review and redesign of the project increased the number of lots from 116 lots to 124 Lots, resulting in a 7% land value increase.

➢ In 2000 as President of Hunsaker and Associates, a Civil Engineering Firm, I established an entirely new division office. I found office space, obtained furniture, hired staff, negotiated contracts and established a new profit center for the company.

➢ In 1989 as Vice President for Crosby, Mead & Benton and Associates I created a satellite office in an adjacent city. My reviews of project designs saved thousands of dollars in unnecessary storm drains. My design of a multi-purpose detention basin and golf course permitted the savings of acres of land and was incorporated within the Golf Course Design. Additional savings resulted from the reduction of the storm drain outlet pipe size from a double barrel 60” Concrete Pipe to a single Pipe.

➢ In 1990 as the Civil Engineer for Multiple Disney Buildings, and working with the renowned architect Frank Gehry, I successfully designed the relocation of an Existing 60” Trunk Sewer and easement. The relocation of an active trunk sewer permitted Disney to greatly expand the footprint of their Feature Animation Building in Burbank California.

2004-2008 American Premiere Homes VP of Land Development

Initially hired as Director of Land Development for the California Division, within a year was promoted to Vice President to acquire and manage developments of all projects company wide, including the Las Vegas, and Austin Texas office. Supervised the land development of many projects in Southern California, a 750 Lot Master Planned Community in Bullhead Arizona and an 1000 Lot Master Planned Community in Leander Texas. Duties included overall site design and landplaning, supervising consultants, civil engineering plan review, preparing and maintaining project budgets and schedules, negotiating project approvals and development agreements with local City/County staff.

2001 to 2004 President, Hunsaker & Associates Los Angeles Division

Founded Hunsaker & Associates division office in Santa Clarita. Established office, hired personal, obtained projects for the division including obtaining contracts for over 500 lots in 6 tracts of single family homes in the City of Lancaster for American Premiere Homes.
